For men who don't say anything.
On 22 November 2026 I'm swimming 3.86km, cycling 180.25km and running a marathon, in one day, with a moustache on. Everything raised goes to Movember. Add any amount you like at checkout, or give directly through the Movember page.
No embellishment needed. These are the official death registration figures for England and Wales.
Three in four suicides registered in 2024 were men. That ratio has barely shifted in decades.
ONS / Samaritans, 2024 registrationsMen died by suicide in England and Wales in 2024, up from 4,506 the year before.
ONS, Suicides in England and Wales, 2024The age band with the highest male suicide rate of any group. Not teenagers. Men in the middle of their lives.
ONS, 2024 registrationsToothpaste tablets have nothing to do with suicide prevention. There's no clever link and I'm not going to invent one.
What we do have is a business, an audience, and a founder daft enough to swim, cycle and run 226 kilometres in a single day in Mexico.
The one honest overlap: Movember is a thirty-day daily habit. So is what we make. Both of them live on the same shelf, in front of the same mirror, at the same time of the morning. If a moustache makes one man ask another how he's actually doing, it's done more than most marketing ever will.
Add a donation to any order at checkout, from £1 upwards. Or go straight to the official Movember page, where Gift Aid adds 25% to eligible UK donations at no cost to you.
Full distance triathlon. One island, one day, 226 kilometres of it.
Salt water off the Yucatán coast. Warm, clear, and a lot longer than it looks from the beach.
Three flat loops of the island. Roughly six hours on a saddle, most of it into the wind.
A full marathon along the waterfront, in Caribbean humidity, on legs that have already done the first two.
Movember funds men's health work across three areas: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Money raised here goes into that work.
3.86km swim, 180.25km bike, 42.2km run. At £5 a kilometre that's a £1,130 target. Give a fiver and you've covered one. Give what you like and you've covered a few more than that.
Add a DonationThis page is about raising money, but if you've landed here and you're having a hard time, these people are there right now.
