Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
For Free First Month Offer, a minimum of 4 month's subscription is required. Outside of these offers, if you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
My Green Routine Membership
Welcome to the My Green Routine Membership Program. By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
1.2. My Green Routine reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and request proof of identity or residency as necessary.
1.3. Membership accounts are strictly personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with others.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1. Membership includes access to exclusive offers, free ordering opportunities, and product discounts as outlined in your subscription plan.
2.2. Benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
2.3. Abuse or misuse of benefits, including excessive or fraudulent orders, may result in membership suspension or termination (see Section 7).
3. Free Ordering Policy
3.1. Members are entitled to the free ordering benefits outlined in their plan, subject to fair use limits.
3.2. Orders exceeding reasonable household consumption (e.g., bulk orders or frequent identical orders) may be flagged for review.
3.3. Free shipping applies only to standard delivery options. Expedited shipping may incur additional charges.
4. Payment and Billing
4.1. Membership fees are charged upfront (annual payment) or monthly, depending on the plan selected.
4.2. Payment details must be kept up-to-date to maintain uninterrupted access to benefits.
4.3. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. Membership fees are non-refundable once the first delivery has been shipped.
5.2. Members may cancel at any time, but benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.3. Refunds for defective products will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
6. Misuse and Fraud
6.1. My Green Routine reserves the right to monitor orders for patterns that indicate abuse, such as:
- Excessive returns.
- Bulk purchases for resale purposes.
- False claims of non-delivery.
6.2. Accounts flagged for suspected misuse will be reviewed, and benefits may be restricted, suspended, or revoked.
6.3. Fraudulent activities, including providing false information, will result in immediate termination of membership and may be reported to authorities.
7. Membership Suspension or Termination
7.1. My Green Routine reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without notice in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Abusive or inappropriate communication with staff or other members.
- Any attempt to circumvent our systems or policies.
7.2. In cases of termination due to misuse, refunds for unused membership time will not be issued.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1. Personal data collected during membership registration and use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. Members agree not to misuse the personal information of other members or staff.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. My Green Routine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through their account dashboard.
