It's easy, and not much changes. When chewed, MGR tablets dissolve into a rich foam. Just chew for 5 seconds, and brush like normal. For shampoo and conditioner, wet your hair and the bar, lather in hands or on head, and massage to the desired foam / paste. Rinse thoroughly after use.
